Configuring Text Message Relay

Step 1

Navigate to 'Manage Account' via the profile menu.

Step 2

Select 'Call & Notification' from the page navigation.

Step 3

Under the Notification section, toggle 'Enable Text Message Relay'. This will activate Text Message Relay in your account.

Note: Once Text Message Relay has been enabled, you need to return to the Dashboard to finalize configuration of Relay Prefixes.

From the dashboard page, select 'Groups' from under 'Manage Your Team'. 

Step 4

Create a new group or select one of your existing groups and select 'Edit'

Step 5

Add a relay prefix that will be easy to remember. As an example, we've used 'MR' for our Mountain Rescue Group. Once done, either create or save the Group. You can now communicate with your group using Text Message Relay.
