Storage of Audio Recordings

Account Activity allows you to see not only pertinent details about call and message history but also provides access to audio recordings for a period of time.

Call recordings and Channel Messages are currently stored indefinitely or as long as your account remains active. Work is being done to bring storage duration inline with customer selected data retention periods.
