Where is Connect Rocket hosted?

Connect Rocket hosts all data for customers with Amazon Web Services ('AWS'). Following AWS' best practices for failure mitigation we operate in 2 independent availability zones with the ability to fail over from one to the other within a few seconds if a zone has problems or goes offline.

All data is encrypted at rest (stored) and uses the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm. All data in transit within the AWS network and out to the public internet is encrypted using industry standard SHA-256 with RSA Encryption. Data backups are encrypted with the same AES-256 algorithm and are stored nightly.

Facilities are subject to third party audit to confirm compliance with industry leading security measures. The following is a partial list of assurance programs with which AWS complies:
