Set VoIP ring tone (Android)

Voice over IP calls are in Beta and not yet available. To register, please contact us.

Note that the many variations in Android may mean that what you see on your device differs from what is shown below. That said, the information should prove helpful.

You can configure incoming VoIP calls to use the system default or you can set a unique ring tone.

Step 1

From the Voice page of the mobile app, select the gear icon in the top right corner of the viewport.

Step 2

Under Notification Sounds, choose to change your ring tone.

Step 3

Tap Sound to update to select a new ring tone/notification sound.

Step 4

You can now adjust both volume and the ring tone/notification sound. When you select a new sound, your ring tone is set.

If you use Do Not Disturb on your mobile device, ensure you have configured the feature to allow notifications from Connect Rocket.
