Activating a workflow from the Dashboard
Workflows can be activated via the Dashboard by Dispatchers and Administrators
Workflows can be activated directly from the Connect Rocket Dashboard on both the web and mobile app. This is the most common way to activate a Workflow that doesn't use Alphanumeric Activation.
Step 1
From the Dashboard, select Activate a Workflow.

Step 2
Select the Workflow you want to activate. If your account has many Workflows, use the search field to find it quickly.

Step 3
Review the Workflow details. If your Workflow includes notification messages with placeholders, you can update those values here before sending.
When you're ready, select Activate.

If your Workflow includes notification messages with placeholders, the preview will load with the first placeholder highlighted. Type to replace it, then use the Tab key to move to the next placeholder. The Activate button will become available once all placeholders have been filled in.
If you make a mistake, select Reset to restore the original message template and start again.
When all placeholders are updated and you're ready to proceed, select Activate.
