Join an in-progress Conference Call

Understandably, you won't always be available to join a Conference Call when it starts. If you've just missed the inbound call and expect the call is ongoing, it's possible to join the call on-demand.

Step 1

Dial your account telephone number. If your account has multiple phone numbers, dial the phone number that originated the conference call in question.

Step 2

At the voice prompt, enter your organization's 4-digit Conference Access Code (contact an Account Administrator to obtain this number).

Step 3

Upon successfully entering the access code, you will be joined to the in-progress call.

Note:

If you are delayed joining the conference call and upon joining the conference call, you hear only music the conference call has likely concluded
