What are contacts?

Contacts are people that you may wish to call or notify using the Connect Rocket application. Contacts can be comprised of people from within your organization and those from other organizations and/or agencies.

Contacts are comprised of the following details:

• Contact name
• Contact organization
• Contact Role
• Notification Priority (low, medium or high)
• Relay Signature
• Duty Status (on or off)
• Phone numbers (as many as you wish)
• Phone number type (mobile, landline or pager)
• Phone number description
• Email address
• Groups the contact is a member of
