Set custom Duty Manager Keywords
Navigate to 'Manage Account' via the profile menu.
Select 'Duty Manager' from the page navigation.
Look for the 'Text Message Keywords' section. You can change any of the terms to be more suitable for use in your organization. Once you've made the changes, click 'Update'. Once this is done, your new keywords will be replaced throughout the application.
As an example, if you changed 'On Duty' to 'On Call' you would now text 'On Call' in to the application to move to an on duty state.
