Adding out of country phone numbers

In most instances, your account will use a Country Code that matches the physical location of your organization e.g. United States, Canada etc.

While the majority of the numbers you add to Connect Rocket will share the same Country Code, there may be instances where you want to add an out of country number to a contact record. To do this follow the steps below:

Step 1

When creating or editing a contact, enter the out of country phone number as you would any other. This should include the area code and the local dialling number. Once complete 'Save' the contact per normal.

Step 2

When attempting to save the contact, Connect Rocket will reveal a hidden selector for setting the Country Code. Choose the correct Country Code and 'Save' the contact a second time. The out of country number will now be saved to the contact.
