Setting default notification methods

Step 1

Navigate to 'Manage Account' via the profile menu.

Step 2

Select 'Call & Notification' from the page navigation.

Step 3

In the 'Notification Delivery' section, locate the sub-heading 'Default Delivery Methods'. When you enable a toggle in this area, the corresponding value becomes a default delivery method in the web interface. Once enabled, the chosen delivery method will be set when sending notifications.
