What payment methods do you support?
For Canadian customers, Payment of Connect Rocket invoices can be made by credit card, INTERAC e-Transfer and Electronic Funds Transfer.
For International customers, payment of Connect Rocket invoices can be made by credit card.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Payment can be made by selecting the 'Pay with Card' option when viewing online invoices. You can also add a credit card to your account for pre-authorized debit.
INTERAC payments can be directed to billing[at]connectrocket.com. No password is required to make an INTERAC payment. Please include the invoice number(s) in the message field to ensure your payment correctly attributed to your account.
If your bank requires a Question and Answer for the purpose of 'adding' a recipient, we suggest using the following:

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
For organizations wishing to make payment via EFT, please send an email to billing[at]connectrocket.com and request EFT details. We'll follow-up shortly with bank routing details.
Note: Due to the volume and variety of EFT enrolment forms created by our customers, we can't undertake to complete paperwork for and/or agree to specific terms around EFT with each of our customers. This allows us to maintain low pricing for all customers. We will however, provide all of the information required by banking institutions to establish EFT as well as a copy of a void cheque and email authorization to make deposit. If this is insufficient for your internal business requirements, we'd suggest taking advantage of one of our other payment methods.
