I'm no longer receiving calls or texts

If you've stopped receiving calls or texts from Connect Rocket we recommend following these steps.

  1. Verify that your contact information is correct in Connect Rocket:
    1. Is your Phone Number and Type correct?
    2. Is your Email entered correctly?
    3. Are you a member in appropriate Groups?
  2. Ensure your contact in an 'On Duty' state in Connect Rocket.
  3. In the case of a mobile number, check to ensure you have not 'Blocked' Connect Rocket from making calls or sending you texts to your device.
