Set Default Duty Time

Step 1

Navigate to 'Manage Account' via the profile menu.

Step 2

Select 'Duty Manager' from the page navigation.


Step 3

In the Default Duty Time section you can set the time used by the application when processing return to duty requests that don't include a specific time. As an example, if you had a Default Duty Time of 0700 hrs. and a contact sent a Duty Manager request in with: 'Off Duty until Tuesday', the application will return the contact to duty on Tuesday at 0700hrs.
