Record a Greeting

Note: Please review the articles under 'Phone Numbers' before proceeding.

Step 1

Select 'Create a new greeting using text-to-voice.'

Step 2

Name your Greeting. This name will be seen and used by all users so ensure that the name is logical.

Step 3

Enter a phone number where you can be called. When done, click 'Call Me'. The application will call you and walk you through the process of recording your Greeting

Step 4

As soon as you finish your call, your Greeting will be saved and applied to your phone line. You can confirm the message by clicking the 'play' icon.
