Upload a Greeting

Note: Please review the articles under 'Phone Numbers' before proceeding.

Step 1

Select 'Upload an audio file to be played when the line is called.'

Step 2

Name your Greeting. This name will be seen and used by all users so ensure that the name is logical.

Step 3

Upload a .wav, mp3 or mp4 file. The file will take several seconds to process. Upon completion, a player will load and you can preview your message. When done, click 'Save'.

Step 4

Once saved, your Greeting will be applied to your phone line. You can confirm the message by clicking the 'play' icon.
