Switch between multiple Greetings

Note: Please review the articles under 'Phone Numbers' before proceeding.

In the event you have multiple Greetings associated with a phone line, you can easily switch one for another. This feature might be utilized if you change Greetings with Duty Shifts or based on other organizational changes.

Step 1

Select 'Edit' to access the Greeting library.

Step 2

Choose the Greeting you wish to use by selecting the radio button beside the desired Greeting. When done, click 'Save'.

Step 4

Your Greeting has now been saved and applied to your phone line. You can confirm the message by clicking the 'play' icon.
