Accessing the Connect Rocket Android App

Step 1

In the Google Play Store, search Connect Rocket Teams and locate the Connect Rocket Teams app. Alternatively, follow this link. Download and install the app.

Step 2

Launch the newly installed app. You will be prompted to enter your mobile phone number.

Enter the mobile number of a phone that is associated with your contact profile in Connect Rocket.  When done, click Send OTP.

Step 3

A new page will load where you can enter the one time password you will receive via text message.

Enter the one time password and click Verify & Proceed.

Step 4

Once you have verified the app, you will be prompted to Enable Push notifications.

Step 5

Allow Team to send you notifications.

Step 6

If your organization uses In-App Calling, enable VoIP Permissions.

Then allow Teams to record audio.

The app verification process is now complete.
