iOS Critical Alerts

Once configured, Apple Critical Alerts override 'Silent Mode' and the 'Do Not Disturb' settings on your device. You will be prompted to enable Critical Alerts when you first install the app but can always choose to enable Critical Alerts at a later time using the below steps.

Step 1

Open the Connect Rocket app and navigate to the Notification page. Then select the gear icon in the top right of the screen.

Step 2

Enable 'Receive as Critical Alerts' and set the desired volume for Critical Alerts. This volume setting will only apply to the Connect Rocket app and will not impact notifications in any other app.
