iOS Critical Alerts

Critical Alerts are a type of Apple notification that can sound even when your iPhone is set to Silent mode or Do Not Disturb. Once you set them up, Connect Rocket notifications override those settings, so you hear them even when your phone is muted. You are prompted to turn on Critical Alerts when you first install the app, and you can turn them on later using the steps below.

Step 1

Open the Connect Rocket app and go to the Notifications page. Then select the gear icon in the top right of the screen.

Step 2

Turn on Receive as Critical Alerts. Then use the Volume slider to set how loud Critical Alerts sound. This volume applies only to the Connect Rocket app and does not change notification volume in any other app.
