How does Contact Health work?

Contact Health is disabled by default in all accounts. Once enabled, the following steps will undertaken to help maintain the health of your Contact database.

When a notification is sent to a Contact (resident and/or visitor) and that call or notification fails to deliver because the phone number is no longer valid, Connect Rocket will:

1) remove the phone number from the Account;

2) notify the Account Owner, by email, of the failure and invite them to add a new phone number to their account.


For Accounts that only have one phone number, we will notify the Account Owner as outlined above and provide a 30-day window in which to add at least one phone number to the account. Failure to do this will result in the closure of the Contact’s Account. This step prevents Connect Rocket from burdening telco networks with unnecessary calls and text messages during periods of high network load. It also helps to reduce the cost of account maintenance and usage for our customers.
