Configuring channels

Step 1

Navigate to 'Manage Account' via the profile menu.

Step 2

Select 'Channels' from the page navigation.

Step 3

You can now see a list of all of your groups. To enable a channel for a group, slide the toggle as shown. Once done, contacts in those groups will gain immediate access to the channel via the iOS and Android apps. Administrative Users will also be able to access channels via the Connect Rocket Teams web application.
