Call and notify 'Off Duty' contacts
If you want Users to have the capacity to initiate calls or send notifications to 'Off Duty' contacts, configure your account by following these steps.
Step 1
Navigate to 'Manage Account' via the profile menu.
Step 2
Select 'Duty Manager' from the page navigation.
Step 3
Once you're on the Duty Manager page, use the toggle to enable 'Allow inclusion of 'Off Duty' contacts in calls and notifications.'
Notes
Once enabled, users will be presented with an option to include 'Off Duty' contacts when starting conference calls and composing notifications. The option will also be available when configuring calls and notifications in Workflows.
