Configuring VoIP
Voice over IP calls are in Beta and not yet available. To register, please contact us.
VoIP is not enabled in accounts by default. If you'd like to take advantage of this feature, please contact us.
If you use Focus or Do Not Disturb on your mobile device, ensure you have configured these features to allow Notifications from Connect Rocket.
Step 1
Navigate to 'Manage Account' via the profile menu.
Step 2
Select 'Call & Notification' from the page navigation.
Step 3
Under the In App Conference Settings section, there is a single option. Enable 'In App Calls answered MUTED by default' if you would like all participants in a VoIP conference call to be automatically muted when joining a conference call. If this setting is enabled, Connect Rocket will advise each participant that they are muted when they join the conference. They can then unmute themselves using the in app controls.
If 'In App Calls answered MUTED by default' is disabled, call participants will not be muted when joining a VoIP conference call.
