Account Activity

The Account Activity report shows all activity occurring between the selected date range. This report includes when notifications were sent, to who and the content of the message as well as a unique ID, type and status.

Activations

The Activations report groups all activities around an incident or event and reflects who initiated a notification, to who and the number of Text Messages, Emails, Push Notifications and Calls generated by your account.

Duty Records

The Duty Records report shows the 'On Duty' hours for each contact during the selected date range.

Account Usage

The Account Usage report shows the number of text messages sent and voice minutes used in the selected period. It also reflects the dollar value of carrier surcharges.

Poll Responses

The Poll Responses report shows how contacts have responded to your various polls within the selected date range.

Channels

Channel reports show the back-and-forth communication that occurred in a Channel during the selected date range.
