Set contacts 'On Duty' by default

When creating new Contacts, you can choose whether they are 'On Duty' or 'Off Duty' be default.

Step 1

Navigate to 'Manage Account' via the profile menu.

Step 2

Select 'Duty Manager' from the page navigation.


Step 3

When the option New Contacts are 'On Duty' by default is enabled, all new contacts will be created in an 'On Duty' state. Should you prefer to have new contacts created in an 'Off Duty' state, disable this option.
