Activating a Multi-Workflow Line by text message

Multi-Workflow Lines can be activated by sending a text message to your Connect Rocket telephone number.

To begin, create a text message from your mobile phone to your primary Connect Rocket telephone number. Prefix your text message with the keyword 'Activate' followed by a space and then enter the alphanumeric code that corresponds with the workflow you wish to activate. When done, send your text message.

You'll receive a reply text message from Connect Rocket confirming that your workflow has been activated.
