In addition to voice activation, Single-Workflow Lines can be activated by sending a text message to your Connect Rocket telephone number. This is particularly helpful for teams operating off-grid with limited voice connectivity, who rely on satellite messengers to stay connected.
To begin, create a text message from your mobile phone or satellite messenger and send it to the phone number associated with your Single-Purpose Line.
You will receive a reply text message from Connect Rocket confirming that your message has been received and is being escalated.
