Can call volume be boosted temporarily?

Connect Rocket allows you to quickly increase your team’s ability to handle a high volume of calls during critical incidents or emergencies. This feature, called “Call Boost,” temporarily increases the calls per minute that your account can support.

How it Works:

• Increase Your Capacity: We can temporarily increase your call capacity by 3x or 5x your default calls per minute rate. For example, if your account typically supports 500 calls per minute, we can boost it to 1,500 or 2,500.
• Easy to Request: Simply open a support ticket and request Call Boost for your account.
• Fast Activation: We'll provide a quote, and once you approve, Call Boost is usually activated within 30 minutes.
• Flexible Billing: Call Boost is billed monthly and automatically renews on the first of each month until you cancel it.
