What is Craig?

Craig is Connect Rocket's AI Agent, built into both Teams and Community. It helps your team act faster by surfacing the right information at the right time — whether that's a pre-deployment briefing, an automatic alert about changing conditions, or a notification draft ready for review.

Craig in Teams

Craig has two features in Teams:

Prompts fetch current data from public sources — including weather, wildfire, avalanche, hydrometric, marine, traffic, and tide information — and deliver it as a formatted briefing to support decision-making. Prompts can be run on demand or triggered automatically through Workflows.

Agents monitor conditions you define and notify the right people when a threshold is met — for example, alerting your team when a river gauge exceeds a set level or when a tsunami alert is issued for your area.

Message Review helps you draft clear, accurate notifications more quickly, drawing on established best practices for emergency communication language.
