Using Duty Manager via the web application
- The terms 'On Duty', 'Off Duty', 'Status' and 'Roster' are used for the purpose of this support article. Your organization may have customized these keywords. Please check with your Account Administrator to confirm which terms your organization uses with the 'Duty Manager' feature.
Sign in to Connect Rocket. From the dashboard page, select 'Contacts' from under 'Manage Your Team'.
From the list of available contacts, select the one that you would like to move on or off duty.
Using the Toggle, change the contacts duty status as desired. As soon as the toggle is changed, the duty status will be reflected in the application.
The circle and contact name displays grey when a contact is in an off duty state.
