Using Duty Manager via the web application

The terms 'On Duty', 'Off Duty', 'Status' and 'Roster' are used for the purpose of this support article. Your organization may have customized these keywords. Please check with your Account Administrator to confirm which terms your organization uses with the Duty Manager feature.


Step 1

Sign in to Connect Rocket. From the dashboard page, select Contacts from under 'Manage Your Team'.

Step 2

From the list of available contacts, click on the contact that you would like to change duty status for. Once selected, their details will load in the right pane of the viewport. To easily distinguish the duty status of your contacts, names in the left column will show a green circle beside each On Duty contact and a grey circle beside Off Duty contacts.

Step 3

You should also check to make sure the contact does not have a pending duty status change. If they do, the details of the scheduled change will appear in the contact's duty manager settings. Note that any change you make will overwrite their schedule. If that's OK, carry on with your planned change to duty status.

Use the toggle to move the contact either 'On' or 'Off Duty.' As soon as the duty status has been changed, their new state will be reflected in the application.
