How do I stop SPAM calls to my Phone Number?

Unsolicited marketing calls can trigger false activations on your Connect Rocket phone line if your account isn't configured to filter them out. Connect Rocket has several options available to mitigate unwanted calls depending on your line type and situation.

Message Lines include a built-in human verification option that prompts inbound callers to confirm they are not an automated dialler before their call is processed. If your phone line is configured as a Message Line, enabling this option is the first step. See Message Line Configuration.

For all other line types, or if human verification does not resolve the issue, please open a support ticket and our team will work with you to make the appropriate adjustments to your account.
