Activating a Workflow by telephone.
Step 1
Dial your account telephone number.
Step 2
At the voice prompt enter one of your organization's alpha, numeric or alphanumeric workflow codes.
Step 3
A subsequent voice prompt will confirm that your workflow has been activated. In the event that you enter an incorrect code, you will be provided with an additional opportunity to enter a valid code.
Step 4
All contacts in the group(s) associated with the workflow will be called and/or messaged within a few seconds.
Step 5
If you opted to start a conference call by telephone, the system will ask if you would like to join the conference call that you just initiated. If yes, press any number and you will be placed into the conference call as a participant. If no, simply end your call.
