Understanding alphanumeric activation

By default, all workflows can be activated from the application dashboard or using a set schedule. You can also link a workflow to a phone line by configuring the alphanumeric activation option. Once done, you’ll also be able to activate a workflow by sending a text message or calling your Connect Rocket phone number and entering a 4-character code when prompted. Each code you create will correspond with a different workflow that can be activated for different situations – like standing up your Emergency Operations Center, or activating your Tech Team.
