How do I upgrade to a toll-free number?

Before you can send text messages from a toll-free number, you must complete a verification process required by US and Canadian wireless carriers. This regulatory requirement confirms that your organization's use of toll-free messaging complies with anti-spam regulations — and helps ensure your messages are delivered reliably rather than filtered or blocked.

Once verified, your toll-free number will be added to your account as a non-configurable number, maintained by Connect Rocket.
