Copying a Locate & Message conversation

You can copy the full contents of a Locate & Message conversation — including all timestamps — and paste it into another application, such as an incident report or case log.

Step 1

Sign in to Connect Rocket Teams.

Step 2

On the Dashboard, select the Locate & Message tab.

If you don't have an active Locate & Message session, select Past Locates to find the conversation you want to copy.

Step 3

Select the Messages tab, then select Copy Messages.

The entire conversation, including time and date stamps, is now copied. Paste it into any other application — a document, an incident report, or another tool your organisation uses.
