How can I view a past Locate & Message session?

Past Locate & Message sessions remain accessible on your account, so you can review the location history and message exchange from a previous request at any time.

On the Dashboard, select the Locate & Message tab.

Select Past Locates to expand the list. Past sessions are collapsed by default and listed separately from any active session.

Step 4

Scroll through the list to find the session you're looking for, then select it to open it.

Once open, a past session displays the same Location and Messages tabs as an active session — see Using Locate & Message for a full explanation of what's shown and how to use them. You can also copy the full message conversation from a past session the same way you would an active one.
