Why did my D4H integration stop working?
If you received an email saying your D4H integration is no longer connected, Connect Rocket can no longer share information with your D4H account. Until you reconnect, changes you make in D4H won't appear in Connect Rocket.
Why this happens
Connect Rocket connects to D4H using a Personal Access Token. This is a code created in D4H that gives Connect Rocket permission to access your D4H account. The integration stops working when that token is no longer valid. This happens when:
- The D4H member who created the Personal Access Token changes their D4H password.
- The Personal Access Token is revoked in D4H.
- The Personal Access Token reaches its expiry date.
- A D4H Account Owner turns off the API Access Module. This is the D4H setting that allows other applications to connect to your D4H account.
How to reconnect
To restore the integration, create a new Personal Access Token in D4H and add it to Connect Rocket. You'll need:
- A D4H role of Editor or above, to create the Personal Access Token.
- Access to Manage Account in Connect Rocket.
For step-by-step instructions, see Set up D4H integration.
Tip: When you create your new Personal Access Token, note its expiry date so you can replace it before the integration disconnects again.
