Setting required responses for poll answers

Use required responses when you need a set number of people to fill specific roles, such as two medics and one driver for an incident. When an answer reaches its number, it closes so no one else can choose it. By default, this option is off and every answer collects unlimited responses.

Step 1

Follow Steps 1 to 4 in Configuring polls to open the poll form and enter the poll details.

Step 2

Turn on Set required responses per answer. A Required responses column appears next to your answers.

Step 3

Enter the number of responses each answer needs. The field shows Any when it’s empty. Leave it empty if the answer should collect unlimited responses. Once configured to your liking, select Save.
