Activating a workflow by text message

Workflows that have been configured to use alphanumeric activation codes can be activated by sending a formatted text message to your Connect Rocket phone number. Follow these steps for phone-based activation.

Step 1

To begin, create a text message from your mobile phone to your primary Connect Rocket telephone number. Prefix your text message with the keyword 'Activate' followed by a space and then enter the alphanumeric activation code that corresponds with the workflow you wish to activate. When done, send your text message.

Step 2

If you've entered a valid alphanumeric activation code, you'll receive a reply text message from Connect Rocket confirming that your workflow has been activated.


If you enter an invalid activation code, Connect Rocket will advise you, so you can make another attempt.
