Activating a workflow by telephone keypad

Your Workflow must be configured with Alphanumeric Activation before it can be triggered by telephone keypad. See Understanding Alphanumeric Activation and Configuring Workflows.

Step 1

Call your Connect Rocket phone number.

Step 2

When prompted, enter your 4-character Workflow activation code using the keypad. Letters are entered using standard telephone keypad mapping — for example, the number 2 corresponds to A, B, or C.

Step 3

Your Workflow will activate. Depending on the actions configured, your team will begin receiving notifications, conference call invitations, or pages within a few seconds.

Leaving a voice message

If your Workflow has been configured to request a voice message from the caller, you will be prompted to record one after entering your activation code. The recording will be forwarded to your team as part of the Workflow's notification action.
