Activating a Workflow by telephone keypad

Workflows created on Muti-Workflow Lines can be activated by voice call using the telephone keypad to enter DTMF tones.

Step 1

Dial the phone telephone number associated with your Multi-Workflow Line.

Step 2

At the voice prompt enter one of your organization's 4-digit alphanumeric workflow codes.

Step 3

A subsequent confirmation will verify that your workflow has been activated.

In the event that you enter an incorrect code, you will be provided with an additional opportunity to enter a valid code.
