Activating a workflow by telephone keypad
Workflows that have been configured to use alphanumeric activation codes can be activated by voice call using the telephone keypad to enter DTMF tones. Follow these steps for phone-based activation.
Step 1
Dial the phone telephone number associated with the workflow you wish to activate.
Step 2
At the call connect and the voice greeting has played, enter one of your organization's 4-digit alphanumeric activation codes. As soon as you do this, the selected workflow will be activated and the workflow actions will execute. Once complete, the application will confirm that your workflow was successfully activated.
If you enter an incorrect alphanumeric activation code, you will be provided with another opportunity to enter a valid code.
