Configure a notification resend
When you include a poll in a notification within a workflow or call flow, you can automatically resend the notification to anyone who has not responded to the poll.
This ensures you get feedback from everyone, even if they missed the first message.

When you select Add Notification Resend configuration options will appear:
- Resend After - select when your notification should be resent, along with your poll.
- Delivery Method - select how you notification resend should be sent. You can choose from all notification methods that are available in your account.
- Remove - click the 'X' to remove a resend option.
- Add Notification Resend - click to add another notification resend. You can have one or many notification resends configured.

In the above example, two resends have been configured. One will be sent 10 minutes after the original notification is sent. The other will be sent 30 minutes after the original notification is sent.
