Using Prompts in Workflows
Prompts must be configured and enabled on the Dashboard before they can be used here. See Configuring Prompts and Enable Craig Prompts on the Dashboard.
Once configured, a prompt can be added as a step in any Workflow — delivering a formatted briefing to your team automatically at the point it's needed, whether or not the workflow is linked to a phone line.
Example: A Marine SAR unit can build a workflow that automatically delivers current wind, weather, and tide data to the crew at the moment of tasking.
