What are Prompts?

Prompts are pre-configured instructions that direct Craig to retrieve real-time data from public and government sources — such as weather, wildfire, traffic, and tide information — and deliver it as a formatted briefing to support decision-making.

Prompts are typically prepared in advance based on your operational plans and can be used in two ways:

• On Demand: Run manually to retrieve current data whenever needed.
• Workflow Integration: Triggered automatically as part of a larger operational process.

Example: A regional Hazmat team could include a Prompt in their member activation workflow to automatically deliver current weather conditions, wind speed and direction, humidity, barometric pressure, and local forecast at the moment of activation.
