What are Prompts?

Prompts are pre-defined instructions that direct Craig to retrieve real-time public data—such as weather, wildfire, traffic, and tide information—from government /public sources. These prompts provide formatted briefings to support critical decision-making.

Prompts are typically drafted in advance based on operational preplans and can be used in two ways:

• On-Demand: Triggered manually whenever needed.
• Workflow Integration: Triggered automatically as part of a larger process.

Example: A regional Hazmat team could include a Prompt in their member activation workflow to automatically provide current weather, wind speed, direction, humidity, barometric pressure, and local forecasts.
