  • Notification resends now give you more control. You can send a resend to different groups, add a new message, and choose more options for when it goes out. Use it to get more people responding, or to escalate when no one replies. For example, if the Duty Officer doesn't answer, the notification can go to a backup. Learn more.

Teams: Web App

  • You can now restrict Dispatcher, Dispatcher + Duty Manager, and Dispatcher + Contact Manager users so they can only send notifications and post to channels for groups their own contact belongs to. Set this when adding or editing a user.
  • You can now set required responses for poll answers, so you get exactly the people you need for each role, such as two medics and one driver for an incident. Once an answer has its number, no one else can choose it. If every answer has a required number, the poll closes when they're all filled.

  • When translation is enabled, you can set the subject’s language before the first message is sent, or leave it to auto-detect from their reply. Learn more.
